Pray for Japan

2011年3月21日

日本,顽张れ!明日はきっとはれるよ!
私もこれから,ずっと友達の安全を祈りつづきます。

Prayers for Japan

Tears streamed down our faces as we watched the news today,
For all the people suffering, our friend so far away,
Nature’s fury took its toll on the people of Japan,
We now pray for the safety of every woman, child, and man.

We pray for the precious lives that were lost
To God’s arms in Heaven their spirits have crossed.
No more suffering , no more pain,
We pray for their loved ones who remain.

We pray for the thousands who are still displaced,
Searching for family, a familiar face.
Seeking to find their basic needs,
Water, shelter, food to eat.

Entire towns were washed away; the people left are in dismay,
All their hopes, dreams, and plans left unfinished on the shores of Japan.
This catastrophe is not over yet, the people are suffering a nuclear threat,
A disaster much too large to bear, we pray for every person there

This is not such a story about a land overseas
It’s a story of humanity
I ask everyone, please do what we can
We all must lend our helping hand

Through the eyes of God and Michael, too
We are one big family, you know it’s true
We are connected, from me to you
When one of us suffers ,all of us do

In the darkest days of this horror and fright
Our angel Michael shines his brilliant light,
For such misfortune broke his heart
To ignore the suffering of people, he just could not

We have no choice but to respond
We share our basic human bond.
We can not look the other way
That would be a disaster far too great.

Our brothers and sisters, they cry in pain
We have a choice to “Make That Change!”
Please do your part, let’s all take action
We are the extended L*O*V*E*of Michael Jackson

We can show Japan how much we care,
For Michael once asked us, “Will you be there?”
We’ll place a “blanket of love” under the Japanese skies,
Can you feel their pain ,can you hear their cries?
